Prebet Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the prebet platform by all users. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the prebet platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and prebet as the platform operator. Continued use following any amendment to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The prebet platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. prebet reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account that fails to meet this requirement.

Account Registration & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register only one personal account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the prebet support team immediately.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using the prebet platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including identity fraud, use of unauthorised payment methods, or any form of deception. The use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform is strictly forbidden.
Users are not permitted to share accounts or transfer account ownership to another party. All activity must be carried out personally by the registered account holder.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the prebet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the funds used are their own and obtained through legitimate means. prebet does not accept deposits from bank accounts or e-wallets that are not registered under the name of the account holder.
Successful deposits are credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. For withdrawals, users must complete the account verification process before their first request is processed. Withdrawals may only be made to a local bank account registered under the same name as the prebet account.
Prebet reserves the right to withhold, review, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity. In such cases, the user will be contacted for verification. If verification cannot be obtained within the stipulated timeframe, prebet reserves the right to close the account in question.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Prebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, network issues, or system failures beyond our control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and prebet makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of real-time data displayed. Users are responsible for ensuring their device and internet connection are adequate before starting any gaming session.
Account Suspension & Closure
Prebet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, platform abuse, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the service.
Users may also request voluntary account closure through the provided support channels. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed. prebet reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation where a breach of terms is suspected.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content on the prebet platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of prebet or our licensed partners. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit this content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The prebet platform may display links or content from third-party service providers such as game suppliers, payment processors, and sports data providers. prebet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review third-party terms separately.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Prebet reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically. This document is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
